Every morning is unique. You aren’t where you left off the night before. We’ll start with wherever you are in your freshly awoken state, settling gently into your body. This is an opportunity to discover & reacquaint yourself with what lives in your body. It is the creative starting point and you get to build a morning movement journey that is rooted in how your body wants to move.
You will be musically guided into gradually faster tempos. Gentle reflections will be offered to help connect you to your own authentic experience and allow your energies to come forward and grow as they desire. This practice will end with a slowing of music and movement allowing you to ground and integrate where you are. Nothing is more powerful than listening, moving and living in alignment with our energies. There is no better way to start a day.
TAO ‘OM is a held practice allowing you just enough guidance to find your own authentic way to provide yourself with exactly what your body needs.

Sessions are 1.5 hours long and are available for anyone and everyone to explore and participate in.
No experience is needed to join. Simply come and join as you are.
Once you signup, you will receive a confirmation email that will include:
1. Zoom link to the session
2. All the details and guidance you will need for clothing, environment, props, etc in order to participate in TAO ‘OM sessions.
3. A short audio primer invitation / incantation to initiate the psychic and energetic space for your TAO ‘OM practice.
